I bought coins and they didn't arrive

Open the coin store in the game and tap “Restore Purchases”. If they still don't show up, send us the receipt email from Apple and we'll sort it out.

I reinstalled and lost my progress

Level progress and the coin wallet live on your device; the leaderboard entry, your name, friends and owned sets are restored from your anonymous account on the first launch with a connection. If something is missing after that, write to us with your display name.

Delete my data

In the game: Settings → Delete My Data. It removes your leaderboard row, name, avatar and photo, friend code and everything saved on the device. Already deleted the app? The steps are here:

Report a player

Every public profile has Report and Block. Blocking is private and one-directional. Reported names are reviewed; offensive names are removed.
