Delete your MergeIt data

MergeIt has no email address, no password and no name for you. Everything the game stores hangs off a random player ID created the first time you launched it. Here is how to erase that record.

Delete from inside the game

  • Open MergeIt, go to Settings, and choose Delete My Data.
  • Confirm. The deletion runs immediately and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

  • Your leaderboard entry, your display name, your avatar and photo.
  • Your friend code and every friend request involving you.
  • Your anonymous player ID and everything the game saved on your device, including your progress and your coins.

If you already removed the app

Email zerdendereli@icloud.com with the subject MergeIt data deletion request, from any address. Include your display name or your friend code so the right record can be found. The record is deleted within 30 days.

What cannot be removed

  • Analytics and crash reports are aggregated and no longer connected to your player ID, so they cannot be traced back to one person or deleted individually.
  • Purchase receipts live with Apple, not with the game. Manage those through your Apple account.
